Sale of the Vltava – Řež Hotel: Arranged by Professionals

Prague, 10 October 2016 – As an exclusive partner of the institute ÚJV Řež, a.s. (formerly Ústav jaderného výzkumu /the Nuclear Research Institute/ Řež) we organized the sale of the premises of the Vltava hotel, which is situated in the village Husinec – Řež. The subject of the sale was a 100% ownership of this property. The indoor usable area of the size of 2.900 m² with the pieces of land of 9.800 m² will be transformed by the new owner into a medical centre. For ÚJV we already arranged selling several building plots in the district Praha – východ (“Prague – East”) in the past.
