NEW SEAT OF PRAGUE 7 TOWN HALL ARRANGED BY PROFESSIONALS

Based on a contractual representation and long-term cooperation with the company J F Hamilton Real Estate, the real estate and consulting company Professionals s.r.o. represented the Hamilton´s daughter company Laura HC in the sale of the office building U Průhonu 38 in Prague 7 – Holešovice. “With respect to our long-term honest and commercially successful relations I am pleased that we were able to recommend such a buyer as Prague 7 to Hamilton,” says Petr Kozojed, Head of Investment. The building of U Průhonu 38 was acquired by the Town Part of Prague 7 in order to establish the new town hall seat there. Mr. Kozojed adds: “Although Hamilton and its shareholders had different intentions with the building, we all are happy that the acquirer will eventually use it as a public space.” The Town Part of Prague 7 has recently announced an international architectural competition for the appearance of its new town hall.
