Sale of the Vltava – Řež Hotel: Arranged by Professionals

Prague, 10 October 2016 – As an exclusive partner of the institute ÚJV Řež, a.s. (formerly Ústav jaderného výzkumu /the Nuclear Research Institute/ Řež) we organized the sale of the premises of the Vltava hotel, which is situated in the village Husinec – Řež. The subject of the sale was a 100% ownership of this property. The indoor usable area of the size of 2.900 m² with the pieces of land of 9.800 m² will be transformed by the new owner into a medical centre. For ÚJV we already arranged selling several building plots in the district Praha – východ (“Prague – East”) in the past.

Prague 7 Decided on the Appearance of Its New Town Hall

The Town Part of Prague 7 presented the future appearance of the new seat of its town hall, the sale of which was arranged by the experienced expert team of Professionals. The design of the Prague association of architects Atelier bod architekti won the international architectural competition. The winning design engaged the jury´s attention especially thanks to its simplicity and clear expression.

Peter Király – a New Member of the Professionals Investment Team

Prague, 18 April 2016 – The Professionals investment team was empowered by Peter Király, who assumed the position of Senior Acquisition & Asset Manager. Peter is newly responsible for the development of acquisition and transaction consulting services.

Peter has been working for more than 10 years in the fields of M&A, evaluation of investment opportunities and the financing and management of a real estate funds portfolio. In previous years he was working on several major transactions and he has extensive experience with a wide range of industries: commercial properties, manufacturing, insurance and others.

NEW SEAT OF PRAGUE 7 TOWN HALL ARRANGED BY PROFESSIONALS

Based on a contractual representation and long-term cooperation with the company J F Hamilton Real Estate, the real estate and consulting company Professionals s.r.o. represented the Hamilton´s daughter company Laura HC in the sale of the office building U Průhonu 38 in Prague 7 – Holešovice. “With respect to our long-term honest and commercially successful relations I am pleased that we were able to recommend such a buyer as Prague 7 to Hamilton,” says Petr Kozojed, Head of Investment. The building of U Průhonu 38 was acquired by the Town Part of Prague 7 in order to establish the new town hall seat there. Mr. Kozojed adds: “Although Hamilton and its shareholders had different intentions with the building, we all are happy that the acquirer will eventually use it as a public space.” The Town Part of Prague 7 has recently announced an international architectural competition for the appearance of its new town hall.
