PROFESSIONALS s.r.o. Represented the Seller in the Sale of Premises Located in Košíře

The real estate and consulting company Professionals s.r.o. arranged the sale of an industrial complex in Prague 5 – Košíře for the realization of a new development project by the Finnish company YIT – Aalto Cibulka.

The Aalto Cibulka project represents the revitalization of a brownfield with a total area reaching almost 30.000 m². In several stages, around 350-400 low-energy apartments, inspired by Nordic architecture, will be built here. As a part of the revitalization of the site, the developer counts, in addition to the residential construction, with shops and services, which will complement the amenities of the area suitably. The locality offers both the close proximity of the Košíře-Motol nature park and the Vidoule natural reserve and an excellent accessibility of Prague´s downtown.

Prague 7 Decided on the Appearance of Its New Town Hall

The Town Part of Prague 7 presented the future appearance of the new seat of its town hall, the sale of which was arranged by the experienced expert team of Professionals. The design of the Prague association of architects Atelier bod architekti won the international architectural competition. The winning design engaged the jury´s attention especially thanks to its simplicity and clear expression.
