Since the end of the 1990’s, Professionals Residential department has become increasingly involved in the sale of new-build homes.

This sector now constitutes a large part of our work.

Our experienced and enthusiastic sales team will introduce buyers to a large and varied selection of new apartments and houses for sale in and around Prague.

We only introduce buyers to the most established and reliable development companies in the country.

After a preliminary meeting with a potential buyer, one of our friendly sales team will show a range of property to suit the buyer’s needs, dreams and budget.

We will then assist in negotiations to help get the best possible deal.     

We also provide mortgage advice and can assist in the sale of a buyer’s current property.
