History

Professionals Real Estate Agency was established in 1993.

It was set up by it’s current owners, Tomas and Viktoria Duda who after working in property in Australia, returned home with the specific aim of entering the then nascent Czech real estate market. In the early days, Professionals concentrated mainly on the ex-pat residential market which at that time was mostly rentals. With the arrival of mortgage finance, sales took-off to both local and international clientele. At the same time we established a commercial letting and sales agency. In response to client demand, we have added new departments including investment consultancy, development, facility management and market research.

With persistence, a pro-active ethos and plain hard work, Professionals has become one of the prominent estate agencies in the Czech Republic.

We continue to add new services for clients but also strive to improve the quality of service in order that we remain a valuable and reliable partner.

Professionals is a member of ARK CR (Association of Czech Real Estate Agencies) and French - Czech Chamber of Commerce.
