Czech Investment Market 2017 Q3 - overview


In the third quarter total investment decreased in q-o-q as well as in y-o-y comparison. The Czech Republic enjoyed transaction volume of around €450 million in 2017 Q3 driven mainly by buoyant activity on the retail real estate market. Investment turnover in office segment declined q-o-q with notable acquisitions concluded in the capital city. Apart from Prague, also Brno, Ostrava and Olomouc were in the focus of investors in the third quarter.
